Customer Service Representative II

American National is seeking a Customer Service Representative to strategically support the Life and Annuity Claims Division.  You will have the ability to utilize your analytical skills to review policies and claims in order to provide an excellent client experience.  Strong attention to detail and accuracy are extremely important to ensure accurate communication and protect the company’s interests while meeting the client’s needs.  You can expect a management team that encourages innovation and promotes a collaborative, team environment – focused on your success.

 

The ideal candidate will possess these qualities:

  • High School education (required)
  • Minimum of two (2) years of call center or customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Bilingual ability (preferred)
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
