• Relevant exposure to the field (insurance, banking/finance, etc.).

Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Health Insurance Operations Unit by being a resource to agents and insureds.


  • Handles billing changes and updates as needed
  • Assist agents and insureds in problem solving and understanding requirements
  • Accurately and timely process policy changes as requested
  • Apply group premiums to ensure that the worksite group are updated correctly
  • Maintain communication with agents and insureds


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Healthcare Administration (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills; previous experience in a customer focused environment required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, strong knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
