Electrician II

The Electrician II is responsible for providing property and grounds general maintenance by troubleshooting, evaluating, and recommending electrical maintenance upgrades and repairs. The right candidate is highly organized and has the ability to priortize while being hit regularly with multiple requests that require an eye for detail, with a great customer-service orientation.

Qualifications:

• Basic construction knowledge, plumbing, electrical, drywall, floor maintenance, painting, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a business environment
• Experience in basic communication tools including email
• Clean Driving record
• 4-6 years of experience as an electrician required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Apprentice Electrical License required
