Marketing Associate
American National is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate team member, at the Galveston-Texas, campus.

How you will make an impact

  • You will provide ongoing administrative support for the pension sales department, agents, design specialists, consultants, and the Vice President to ensure organizational success
  • Manage incoming phone calls, the pension sales email inbox, and utilize internal systems to effectively assign illustration requests to design experts in a timely manner
  • Coordinate company WebEx video conferences and correspondence
  • Continually seek innovative solutions
  • Provide and maintain department reporting
  • Provide education, sales, and marketing materials
  • Be the point of contact for supply ordering and management of daily office functions 


Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in an office environment 
  • Organized and efficient multi-tasker
  • High attention to detail and follow-up
  • Passion to provide the highest quality of customer service to clients
  • Aptitude to navigate various computer programs simultaneously (Microsoft Office applications and internal systems)
  • Commitment to ongoing education in relation to the company and products/services offered
