Agent Experience Analyst

American National is seeking an Agent Experience Analyst for our Glenmont, NY location.  This role handles User Acceptance Testing (UAT) agent-facing systems related to policy administration, client service, and lead management.  This role will also serve as an entry level business advisor in the department for projects involving the agent field force.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage UAT for critical software solutions by developing and documenting test cases, formalizing software solutions, and reporting bugs and unmet business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities where IT can improve the ease of doing business for the agent field force.
  • Assist in the creation of project proposals and identifying and documenting business requirements
  • Act as a liaison between IT and the agent field force to discuss and demo proposed changes to software or the creation of new software solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Web Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Agriculture and/or Commercial Insurance preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in UAT preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
  • Methodical and creative thinker
