American National is seeking a Senior Field Recruiter for our Agencies division.  This is a key role responsible for leading field talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s field growth initiatives.  The Recruiter will partner with field leadership to effectively recruit and build talent pools for the Agency Development Leader program and overflow into agent careers to drive growth in sales and profitability.  The Recruiter will work closely with the Field Recruiting Manager to develop recommendations for recruitment sourcing vendors and selection process efficiencies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute a successful recruiting process to build a talent pipeline
  • Screen leadership candidates with appropriate candidate selection tools and provide candidate recommendations
  • Provide sourcing and ROI data and create recommendations for recruiting strategy
  • Build reports and track/analyze regional trends
  • Build relationships with candidates and promote company culture
  • Establish best practices for field leaders for candidates transitioning from training
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on recruitment strategy and collateral creation and usage
  • Subject matter expert for utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and communicating the field compensation program and training support provided to recruits

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or Marketing required (experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience using an Applicant Tracking system
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Tech savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Solid decision making skills and ability to provide recommendations

 

*This role may be Remote or reside in one of our corporate locations (Springfield, MO, Galveston, TX, or Glenmont, NY).
