American National is seeking to hire an IT Help Desk to join our team!
What you'd be doing:
- Desktop hardware/software support and deployment (adds, moves, changes)
- Portable device support and deployment including but not limited to cell phones and tablets
- Response and documentation of incidents and requests as per service support standards
- Asset management – Entry and maintenance of the technical assets supported by this team in the Enterprise Change Management system
- Support for data and voice communications efforts including moves, adds, and changes to telephone/data equipment and cabling
What we need:
- Associate’s Degree in an IT related program or 2 years of comparable work experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, office configurations, physical and virtual pc hardware and software, and peripherals
- Basic knowledge of printer technologies and support
- Ability to apply software patches to PC’s and laptops
- Excellent customer service skills
