IT Help Desk

American National is seeking to hire an IT Help Desk to join our team!


What you'd be doing:

  • Desktop hardware/software support and deployment (adds, moves, changes)
  • Portable device support and deployment including but not limited to cell phones and tablets
  • Response and documentation of incidents and requests as per service support standards
  • Asset management – Entry and maintenance of the technical assets supported by this team in the Enterprise Change Management system
  • Support for data and voice communications efforts including moves, adds, and changes to telephone/data equipment and cabling


What we need:

  • Associate’s Degree in an IT related program or 2 years of comparable work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, office configurations, physical and virtual pc hardware and software, and peripherals
  • Basic knowledge of printer technologies and support
  • Ability to apply software patches to PC’s and laptops
  • Excellent customer service skills
