Maintenance Fuel/Pier Technician

The maintenance fuel/pier technician accommodates all marina tenants and the fuel buying public, while also being responsible for the daily operations of the fuel pier.



  • Maintains accurate sales documentation through cash register operations.
  • Assists the fuel pier supervisor and harbormaster in preventative maintenance.
  • Performs daily trash pickup and restroom cleanings.
  • Reports daily accomplishments to the fuel pier supervisor.
  • Inspects the docks for maintenance items daily.
  • Performs self-initiated maintenance/upkeep on the property and equipment.
  • Performs daily cash deposits from fuel pier sales.
  • Polices the docks for violations and reports them to the harbormaster.
  • Drains water and filters on fuel pumps.
  • Projects and schedules weekly deliveries of fuel pier stock.
  • Replaces lights out on the docks and the grounds (security reports).



  • High school diploma.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations regarding the harbor and boats
  • Weekends and holidays required
