New Business Associate
As a New Business Associate, you will be responsible for processing paper and electronic life insurance applications with an emphasis on accuracy and prompt completion.   

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and resolve any errors on applications, change forms and all other required forms
  • Assist agents and sales management in problem solving and understanding requirements
  • Accurate and timely processing of initial premiums
  • Set up bank account information and handle financial transactions
  • Speak with vendors to assist in ordering underwriting material
  • Maintain constant communication with underwriters and other internal departments

 

Qualifications

  • High School education required
  • Prior experience in a corporate and/or office setting (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills; previous experience in a customer focused environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong technical and analytical aptitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
