As a New Business Associate, you will be responsible for processing paper and electronic life insurance applications with an emphasis on accuracy and prompt completion. A strong candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to multi-task and a strong technical aptitude is pertinent to the success in this data-focused role. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with Underwriters and other internal departments.
  • Speak with vendors to assist in ordering underwriting material.
  • Review and resolve any mistakes on applications, change forms and all other required forms.
  • Assist agents and sales management in problem solving and understanding requirements.
  • Accurate and timely processing of initial premiums.
  • Set up bank account information and handle financial transactions
     
    Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior office experience.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn and stay current with technology
