Lead Quality Analyst

American National is seeking a Lead Quality Analyst to join our team!


Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Work with the application and technical teams to plan Duck Creek testing.
  • Develop test conditions, input data and expected results for test plans.
  • Review test results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
  • Assess and report on overall Project quality.
  • Utilize Duck Creek’s Test Automation Center (TAC) for creating and running scripts for automated testing.
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures to solve complex problems in creative and effective way.
  • Provide leadership to coordinate the tasks of a small team of quality analysts for the completion of a significant goal or objective.
  • Works well in a team setting, is collaborative and open to learning new approaches
  • Ability to manage priorities and tasks in a fast-paced work environment


Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in software testing environment


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or Business.
  • Software testing certification.
  • Knowledge of insurance and fundamental business concepts.
  • Understanding of computer technology, such as, the ability to read and follow developer code.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products


* Based on a candidate’s qualifications and experience levels, hiring in at a lower level title will be considered.
