American National is seeking a Marketing Specialist of Demand Generation for our Galveston, TX or Springfield, MO locations.  In this role you will provide executional services around paid media channels and develop, maintain, and enhance digital marketing tools. You will ensure adherence to the organization’s social media advertising guidelines and work collaboratively within the department to provide reporting on digital campaigns. You will be able to showcase your knowledge of digital marketing while enjoying a supportive team!

What Will You Do?

•    Constructs and executes media plans based upon predefined marketing strategy.  This could include both digital and traditional media. 
•    Creates and provides reporting to internal stakeholders on the performance and budget of digital campaigns.
•    Acts as American National’s point of contact for vendors such as, Google and Facebook. 
•    Builds, tests, and executes email marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•    Works collaboratively within the department and organization to grow and strengthen our ability to generate demand within our digital channels.  
•    Receives and responds to agents on paid media and social media inquiries.

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    Two or more years of experience
•    Working knowledge of creating and managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 
•    Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
•    Working knowledge of social media marketing tools such as Hearsay Social, Meltwater, or Hootsuite preferred
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
