Sr Agent Experience Analyst

American National is seeking an Agent Experience Analyst.  This positions is responsible for the technology advancements and ensuring that improvements are aligned for the agent experience. Interacts with agents, marketing, and Corporate Technology Services, identifying advances in technology, and coordinates field training with onboarding new agents to ensure a smooth process.



  • Identifies advances in technology that could be leveraged to improve the agent experience, which has a direct impact on growth.
  • Interacts with agency, marketing, and Corporate Technology Services (CTS) to assure that requirements for agent systems and other projects align with expectations.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of the training curriculum.
  • Works directly with the training team to instruct in software/hardware matters, which will directly impact the ability to be efficient in onboarding of new agents.
  • Trains on American National’s underwriting philosophies and educates new agents on our vision, mission, values, and customer service principles.
  • Plans, validates, and coordinates field training.



  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of policy forms and coverages required
  • Basic knowledge of computers/agency systems required
  • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
  • Methodical and creative thinker
