Beginning on your first day, if eligible, you can earn and use Paid Time Off (PTO). PTO provides a bank of days off with pay that you can use for any purpose: illness, vacation, personal time, and doctor or dentist visits, to care for dependents or just because.
American National observes eight paid holidays. Eligible employees also receive three paid floating holidays to use during the year.

It’s never too early to plan for retirement and American National’s 401 (k) Plan is here to assist you with your retirement goals. Participating in the plan will allow you to defer a percentage of your annual income into the plan for your retirement. The company also contributes a percentage to your retirement plan.
