Advanced Case Manager (Annuity)

The Advance Case Manager processes new business and policy change applications, while analyzing policy forms to determine the accurate completion, and submission of state required forms. Must be experienced and fully competent to handle all responsibilities with minimal supervision.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives and enters life and policy change applications into admin system reviewing for proper signature, forms and missing information
- Organize and prioritize workload while maintaining frequent communication with agents and internal departments
- Appropriately document work activity and communication within each work item in appropriate workflow systems/policy files
- Handle policy change transactions which also include financial transactions
- Provide problem resolution, status and inquiry support to agents in a professional and positive manner, with a customer focused approach
- Make changes to policy records in the appropriate admin system
- Assist with complex policy change transactions and service issues as needed
- Provide training and support to co-worker
- Assist with special projects & testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum five or more years of work related experience, preferably in the insurance industry
