As a Compliance Analyst at American National you will assist in processing, implementing, and maintaining Corporate Compliance Legislative and Regulatory Management programs to help facilitates the company’s efforts to effectively communicate with and respond to the needs of our regulators.  
 

 

What Will You Do?
•    Work with compliance team members and business partners to effectively administer assigned legislative and regulatory management programs, such as regulatory inquiry and examination management, complaint administration, and regulatory change management
•    Assist with tracking key measures to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs
•    Review reports, compile information and data, prepare correspondence, conduct training; and participate in special department projects, as assigned
•    Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and materials for management committees

 

 

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor's degree
•    2-4 years of regulatory compliance experience 
•    Compliance-related certification or designation is a preferred, but not required
•    Ability to build proactive partnerships
•    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Quality orientation with high work standards
•    Adaptability and intellectual curiosity 
•    Creative problem solving; ability to develop creative solutions

 

 

 

Salary for this position can range from $58,000 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $80,500 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
