Manager, ITIL Change Management


American National is seeking a Manager, ITIL Change Management to join our team. In this role you will oversee Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management processes, IT Sox controls, and support teams such as Integration Management/Change Management. You will collaborate with team Leads and Supervisors to provide team direction and oversight of department goals and objectives and corporate IT Sox Control Compliance. 


What You’ll Do


•    Preserve secure, established control structures to ensure audit success while engaging with both internal and external auditors for application and infrastructure SOX reviews.
•    Partner with IT Service Management for the development and maintenance of training playbooks and IT Change Management training opportunities.
•    Identify and execute training for employees impacted by change management or IT Soc Control processes.
•    Establish team direction and plan, organize, control, and evaluate the procedural, IT based and personnel-based changes that impact the team and our internal customers. This is accomplished through both high-level oversight and a granular focus through partnerships with the Supervisor and Lead. 
•    Provide input to management regarding budget.
•    Rely on experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish tasks and goals received from management, engagements within CTS and from personal innovation efforts. Delegate work as necessary and provide guidance as needed.
•    Provide mentorship within the IM team to ensure consistent personnel development and success through employee engagement, mid-year, and annual reviews.


What You’ll Need


•    Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
•    Eight to Ten years of experience in change management and IT Sox Control Governance.
•    Two to Five years of supervisory/management experience in a fast paced, audit driven, ITIL field.
•    High degree of knowledge in all facets of support for Change Management with a focus on people, processes, and technical innovation.
•    High degree of experience with workload management and quality assurance oversight. 
•    High degree of effective communication within Integration Management, Internal/External auditors, upper management, and all other CTS teams as needed.
•    ITIL 3.0 or 4.0 certification
