The Document Automation Team within Life and Annuity Systems is currently seeking candidates for the position of Print Systems Analyst II for our Springfield, MO location. The position will assess client data and integrate into variable templates using conditional logic supported by a basic knowledge of programming, preparing proofs for client approval, creating finished production ready files to match provided production layouts, and reviewing the quality of the final product before the project is released to production.

 

Essential Functions and Duties:

 
•    Assesses client requirements for direct mail and variable printing.
•    Work with client source data.
•    Create and design forms for variable data printing.
•    Implements basic rules, scripts, and data transformations with assistance.
•    Identify minor issues and develop solutions with minimal assistance.
•    Research electronic copy of documents not storing properly.
•    Responds to client inquiries regarding status and change requests.
•    Maintain forms and scrub documents.
•    Review and test quality of the final product.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements: 


•    3-5 years of equivalent industry experience or bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of equivalent industry experience.
•    An understanding of Property & Casualty business unit procedures and system processes is a plus.
•    Knowledge of general insurance principles and practices is a plus.
•    Understand the fundamentals and possess the skills to perform non-complex system testing. 
•    Strong written, verbal, customer service and analytical skills are necessary. 
•    Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
•    Must be self-motivated, team oriented, and able to function successfully with minimal supervision.
