What You’ll Do

 

•    Accurately assess vehicle damage and create detailed estimates for repair.
•    Conducts field audits, containing inspections, as needed.
•    Write estimates and supplements from photos and strengthens estimating and negotiating skills as well as compliance knowledge.
•    Negotiate changes to estimates, supplements, and total loss evaluations, as needed.
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry and insurance regulations.
•    Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.

 

What You’ll Need

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
•    4 years of claims or related technical experience.
•    Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and costs.
•    Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
•    Proficiency with estimate writing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

 

 

Salary for this position can range from $47892.00 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $59,865.50 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
