Supervisor, P&C Product Management - Remote Option

Job Posting

As a Supervisor within P&C Product Management you will make an impact by coordinating and executing on the data needs of the product management team while also providing oversight, support and direction to product management analysts. This candidate will enjoy a hybrid schedule out of our Glenmont, NY or Springfield, MO office. Fully remote will also be considered. 


• Trains and mentors PMAs and product interns, sets, and enforces PMA service standards, provides quality oversight and assists PMAs with project prioritization.
• Leads the product management analyst team.
• Maintains standardized monthly reports to measure and monitor the performance of the growth and profitability and product development initiatives.
• Utilizes industry reporting tools to review and summarize a competitor’s market share and performance within a region or line of business.
• Analyzes regional or line of business results to identify trends and issues and works with the product manager to address.
• Works closely with the Business Intelligence team, develops standardized monthly reports for a specified region and/or line of business to measure and monitors the performance of the growth and profitability and product development initiatives.
• Performs field research, including customer distribution, competitor, insurance department, and statistical analysis.
• Promotes data-driven decision-making by analyzing data and communicating findings clearly and objectively to a variety of internal business partners.
• Works closely with compliance and actuarial teams to identify opportunities for creating dataflows for mutual benefit.



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three or more years of experience in field related to statistics and data analysis 
  • At least one year of supervisory/management experience
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Analysis, or Statistics 
  • Experience with SQL, Access, Python, or other data-based tools
