What You’ll Do:

  • Review and Evaluate: Dive into new business annuity applications (IRA, Roth IRA, 401(k)) with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all packets, disclosures, and rider applications are in order.
  • Identify and Follow-Up: Spot any missing or required items and take proactive steps to address them before processing.
  • Manage Regulations: Oversee the regulation (60) process for New York applications, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assess Financial Risk: Evaluate incoming annuity applications to determine their suitability as a financial risk.
  • Communicate and Resolve: Engage with agents to provide solutions for escalated matters, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Manage Workflow: Efficiently handle a queue system workflow, consistently meeting or exceeding daily goals.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in all your tasks.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: Proven experience in insurance, clerical/office work, customer service, finance, processing, and customer service.
  • Skills: A master multitasker who can stay organized and focused, even when juggling multiple tasks that require your undivided attention.
