Exchange Engineer
American National is seeking a talented and experience Exchange Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Exchange Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our exchange infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and collaboration within the organization. This position will be working on-site full-time at our League City, TX office.
What Will You Do?
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Servers, including mailbox management, email routing, and connectivity
• Monitor and optimize Exchange performance, capacity, and security
• Monitor Microsoft SCOM alerts to proactively respond, analyze, and troubleshoot to avoid potential incidents that may cause system/network backlogs
• Develop and maintain Exchange documentation, including policies, procedures, and best practices
• Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using Powershell
Required Skills
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in MS Exchange
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2016
• Advanced knowledge of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, and POP)
• Must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and Exchange 2016 Administrator roles, duties, and daily performance operations
• Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and patch management
