This position is responsible for implementing multifactor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), or password less authentication within hybrid environments by working directly with key business stakeholders and project teams.




  • Develops security policies, custom integration with IAM Systems using identity standards such as SAML2, WS-Federation, Kerberos, OAuth2, and LDAP.
  • Provides Ping administration and design using PingID, Ping Identity, and Ping Federate platform.
  • Implements authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, Federation, and directory services concepts
  • Manages the service request and communicates directly with business users.
  • Follows coding standards and guidelines ensuring standards and best practices are followed.
  • Is a self-starter with excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Learns to troubleshoot and resolve production SSO or MFA issues.
  • Responds promptly to production issues by serving on an on-call rotation for the 24-hour support of the team’s systems.




  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Two to four years of experience.
  • Supervisory/management experience not applicable.


Additional Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, systems and network administration, cybersecurity or any other related program.
  • Five years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.




  • The position requires ability to effectively communicate with others to exchange information.
  • A person in this position performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures, and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
  • The position can be performed remotely.
  • No adverse working or environmental conditions expected.




  • Key industry certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP and cloud security certification for Azure and Ping platforms.
  • Experience working with LDAP.
  • Experience working with SCIM.

Salary for this position can range from $$64,652 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $$96,978 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
