We are seeking a Lead Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate Compliance team. As a Lead Compliance Analyst, you will implement and maintain Corporate Compliance programs to ensure conformity and adherence with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.  You will enjoy a supportive in-office environment while making recommendations to improve processes and decrease risk to the company.

 

This position is available in Albany, NY, Springfield, MO, League City, TX or Galveston, TX.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Leads multiple assigned areas of responsibility and serves as Subject Matter Expert for one or more complex assigned areas of responsibility. Delegates tasks to team members as needed.
  • Reviews current processes and makes recommendations for improvement based on analysis of data and provides recommendation to management. Assist with developing business cases for changes and improvements.
  • Assists with the development of compliance-related projects. Monitors progression of the projects and assists personnel with questions and challenges related to the projects.
  • Analyzes reports, compiles information and data, prepares correspondence, and participates in special department projects as assigned
  • Prepares management reports and materials for management committees.


What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of compliance experience
  • Ability to build proactive partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Quality orientation with high work standards
  • Adaptability and intellectual curiosity
  • Creative problem solving; ability to develop creative solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A compliance-related degree or certification (e.g., Associate in Regulatory Compliance), or other evidence of basic knowledge in the theory and practice of compliance in the modern workplace is desired.

 

 

 

Salary for this position can range from $78898.00 for candidates who are minimally qualified through $98,623 for more highly qualified candidates. Candidates outside of the range are encouraged to apply, and will be considered based on experience, skill and education.
