American National is seeking a talented and dedicated Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team in our League City office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting National Sales Teams and department management’s collective goals by providing quality data and insight through analysis and reporting. 

 

What Will You Do?
•    Create and maintain library of reoccurring marketing and sales performance reports
•    Administer the Life & Annuity Distribution (LAD) National Marketing Director (NMD) bonus programs
•    Administer LAD’s annual and quarterly agent incentive programs
•    Administer LAD’s sales employee incentive programs 
•    Provide requested reporting and information to LAD’s employees and independent agents
•    Maintain LAD’s data mart and provide support to test and validate when changes or updates are made to LAD’s data mart.  
•    Research, identify and correct data errors and discrepancies coming from the company’s admin systems and data warehouse
•    Become knowledgeable in all of LAD’s products and business processes to provide value added support and analysis of all aspects of the policy life cycle from the initial policy application to the eventual termination of the policy 
•    Provide administrative and analytical support for LAD’s commission schedules, licensing and contracting, agent debt, budgeting, business planning, complaints, marketing materials, and agent online applications

 

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    No experience required
•    Proficient in MS Excel
•    Intermediate knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus
•    Strong written and verbal communications skills
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills
•    Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple assignments at one time
