<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Regional Director will manage and develop District Sales Managers, Market Managers, and Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s).

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Recruits, hires and trans all new and existing District Sales Managers, Market Managers and Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s) to assigned regions of responsibility.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Solicits, wins, sets-up and enrolls new direct account (clients) to the division through District Sales Managers, Market Managers and Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s).
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Negotiates with interested group for terms that will be profitable for Standard Life and Accident.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Establishes themselves as the “face” of American National in the assignment Regional Market, representing the organization in the highest standard possible.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Works with new groups and administrative people to help them through the initial set up, start up, enrollment and billing stages while continuing to service each account and broker through District Sales Managers, Market Managers and Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s) as well as directly themselves.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provides product and procedure training to District Sales Managers, Market Managers and Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s).
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maintains ongoing profitable and growing relationships with the clients of the Worksite Division of American National.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experiences with P&L and budgets up to 2 million.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manages, trains and coaches District Sales Managers, Market Managers, and their teams.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manages the production within the direct channel.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Maximizes the exposure opportunity for American National Worksite across the worksite industry and its clients, the community and the overall worksite industry.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis as needed.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in expense reporting.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attend any meetings, conventions, or other industry related gatherings.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">High school diploma.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Three to Five years of experience in sales and managing other District Sales Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives/Enrollers also known as Independent Agents (IA’s), and Direct Worksite Channel distributions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must achieve quota in their current position for at least two consecutive years.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must be able to work on a tight timeline.

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Special Requirements

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The position requires travel up to 90% of the time as this is a field-based training, sales, and executive management position.
