Treasury Specialist
American National is seeking a full-time, Treasury Specialist. You will serve as a financial representative of the company when attending bank related meetings. You will update bank portal user security settings, finalize the opening and closing of bank accounts, perform corporate credit card program administration activities, and conduct general account maintenance. To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable managing phone calls, relaying and obtaining critical information from senior leadership, managing several priority projects simultaneously, and being highly organized.
Placement Location: League City, Texas
What will you do?
Point of contact for corporate banking relationships; communicating via phone, in person, and email; Complete documents, obtain signatures to Open/Close/Update bank accounts
Bank account security administrator; process access change requests using bank portals
Assist in maintaining the data in Hawkeye fee analysis software and bank account database
Backup to Credit Card Administrator; Process approved requests for new credit cards, collect statements and receipts, follow up with managers for unapproved statements, monitor personal charges, and collect from employees
Answering internal and external audit questions when applicable
Qualifications:
Professional work experience (Following industries preferred, Banking, customer service, administration, and accounting)
Demonstrated ability to successfully conduct conversations via phone and by written communication
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Comfortable working independently, a self-motivated individual
