Product Management Analyst I
The Product Management Analyst I is responsible for supporting Product Managers by researching and analyzing competitor’s products. The Product Management Analyst will be responsible for managing and manipulating industry and company data in an efficient manner to highlight trends and help make informed decisions on product development efforts. The right candidate is a highly organized, creative thinker who can effectively present information and interact with various departments. 



  • Execution of plan for competitor and market research and analysis
  • Maintain standardized monthly reports for specified region and/or line of business to measure and monitor performance of growth and profitability and product development initiatives
  • Supports Product Managers on special projects
  • Research and Analyze competitors' products including the creation of side by side comparisons of coverages and rating methodologies
  • Utilize industry reporting tools to review and summarize competitor market share and performance within a region or line of business


  • Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, computer science, management information systems, or related field, or the equivalent years' related work experience 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access and other business intelligence tools
  • Ability to become familiar with other departments within the organization (Corporate Technology Services, Life Insurance Administration, Marketing and Compliance)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple levels within the internal organization
  • Ability to effectively manage several dissimilar projects and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates aptitude and continued desire to improve
