As our Manager of Agent Success in our Springfield office, you will bring your strong interpersonal and written communication skills to advocate for programs, policies, and tools to help our agents succeed in connecting with their communities and growing successful agencies. You will work with a wide variety of individuals, including external vendors, internal stakeholders, and our agency field force. To be successful in this role, you will bring a significant understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns and platforms as well as a solid understanding of media planning and local marketing techniques. You will have a direct impact on the future of our business by advocating for and educating our Multiple Line Agents!


 

What Will You Do? 
•    Promotes the availability and use of marketing programs, platforms, and tools through various communication channels, presentations, webinars, email journeys, and other activities. 
•    Oversees the agent success function with Multiple Line Marketing. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to, assisting American National agents navigate various marketing platforms and activities to help them grow their business. 
•    Acts as a liaison between agents, Multiple Line Marketing and Agencies as a whole. 
•    Evaluates potential new programs, policies, platforms, and other activities to increase agent engagement and facilitate their success. 
•    Manages and measures various marketing platforms and services. 
•    Maintains and reports and agreed-upon metrics to measure the success of Marketing on-demand programs and platforms. 
•    Identifies opportunities to grow the team’s capabilities by addressing current needs and strategic planning for the future. 
•    Works to meet overall goals and KPIs around agent engagement. 
•    Acquires, develops, and retains high-performing talent. 
•    Helps establish and manage a budget for establishing and maintaining relevant tools and platforms. 

 

Qualifications 
•    Bachelor's degree. 
•    Six years of experience.
•    Two years of management experience.
