American National is seeking a talented and dedicated Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing data-driven methodologies to help create, optimize, and measure marketing campaigns and overall business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


What Will You Do?
•           Creates and QA’s audiences for advertising campaigns, based upon detailed requirements created by market managers and other key campaign stakeholders. 
•           Monitors performance of marketing programs, platforms, campaigns and KPI's. Participates in projects to influence those results.
•           Monitors data models (predictive, regression, etc.) to test and validate hypotheses and test campaigns.
•           Reports and presents findings to campaign and business stakeholders.
•           Creates ad hoc reports to support the business and maintains dashboards to visualize performance metrics and KPI’s.
•           Works closely with 3rd party vendors to resolve issues. Participates in regular status meetings with vendors.
•           Partner closely with Business Intelligence and Data Governance associates to communicate complex data needs and projects to address business requirements and opportunities.

•           Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, machine learning, analytics, or related field.
•           2-4 years’ experience
•           Proficient in MS Excel
•           Intermediate knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI or Datorama.
